Pharmacists are a valued member of the healthcare team as they ensure patients have a proper understanding of their medication regimens and disease state management. Pharmacists operate in a variety of settings including hospital, community, and clinical office facilities. Safety is a top priority for pharmacists as they are responsible for verifying medication orders and minimizing drug interactions.
